How often should I wash my hair extensions?

We would only recommend you shampoo your extensions once a month. Shampooing too much will strip your luscious Indian extensions of all its natural luster. We suggest that you co- wash (washing your extensions only using conditioner) at least once a week; followed up with a leave in conditioner to keep and leave your extensions soft & full of moisture.

 

What is the length of hair extensions?

The length of your extensions ​can be measured with tape measure. You will need to stretch/pull your extensions all the way to the last strand parallel to the tape measure to check the length of your extensions.

What is your return policy or exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are ONLY made based on certain circumstances and will be solely determined by us.

How long does shipping usually take?
